At some point in Avengers: Infinity War, Peter Parker will take Tony Stark up on his offer to upgrade his costume with the “Iron Spider” outfit teased in Spider-Man: Homecoming. We know this because Spider-Man is shown wearing the thing in multiple Avengers: Infinity War trailers.

The Iron Spider costume is also coming to Sony and Insomniac Games’ Spider-Man game for PlayStation 4 as a pre-order bonus item. Our first official look at it in action comes in the form of a teaser trailer for the Avengers: Infinity War-inspired suit (which also shows off Peter Parker’s low-tech homemade Spider-Man outfit), seen above.

Outside of looking sharp, Spider-Man’s armour suit will also come with its own special ability, similar to the previously revealed Spider-Punk outfit (which features an area-of-effect guitar attack). What the Iron Spider suit does in Spider-Man is still under wraps, however, and kind of a spoiler. You’ll know what it does “when you see it happen in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War,” Insomniac Games’ James Stevenson wrote on the PlayStation Blog today. Since the vast majority of us haven’t seen Infinity War, we won’t know for sure what that is until later this week — though some of the licensed toys for Infinity War have already spoiled the suit’s special powers. So, watch out for that.
