    Unfortunately it appears that the devastating levels of physics-based destruction will be limited to multiplayer due to the destruction's reliance on being connected to the cloud, meaning, Xbox live. Creative director David Jones said "Yes, destruction is exclusive to the multiplayer mode," and claims that "You're meant to be saving the city, so we really wanted to create a new multiplayer experience that bent that.”

    Gearbox Software, a video game developer best known for its Borderlands franchise, has announced its new title Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak. The real-time combat strategy game was announced as part of the Homeworld series and has received a release date of January 20, 2016.
  5. Metro 2033 Strategy Game Available Now on Android and iOS

    DaSuppaStudios, a developer and publisher of mobile games recently announced the release of a new Metro game for both Android and Apple devices. With that said, it's nothing like the survival horror first-person shooter games previously developed by 4A Games. Those games being Metro 2033 or Metro: Last Light. No, this is a very different kind of shooter.

The game has sold over seventy-one million copies worldwide, so it's no surprise that Nintendo would want a piece of the action.

    Good news for all you Resident Evil fans out there! Capcom has just announced that the high-definition remake of Resident Evil 0 will be released on January 19th, 2016, coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

    Sony Computer Entertainment, soon to be renamed Sony Interactive Entertainment this coming month, has announced that it will be attempting to open a new game development studio focused entirely on mobile gaming. The new studio named ForwardWorks, which is set to open on April 1 alongside Sony’s name change, will attempt to create titles for Android and iOS devices.

    The developers from Offworld Industries who brought us the Battlefield 2 Project Reality mod are now bringing forth a military first-person arcade shooter named Squad. Squad is a game that relies heavily on communication and coordination, and the word 'tactical' is what first comes to mind.
