    Earlier today Nintendo announced the heavily anticipated release date of its next console iteration, the NX. The console is slated for a March 2017 release. Unfortunately, the newest Legend of Zelda title has been delayed once more, to 2017. However, it will receive a dual-release on the Wii U and the NX.
  2. Nintendo's President, Satoru Iwata, has passed away

    To the surprise and consternation of many, Nintendo's fourth President and CEO, Satoru Iwata, passed away at the age of 55 on 11th July, 2015. In a statement published by the representatives, the passing occurred due to a bile duct growth, an affliction that had prevented him from attending E3 and the Annual Shareholders Meeting in 2014.
