At Microsoft’s E3 2019 Xbox showcase, it showed off a new trailer for the Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition. Fans of the 20-year-old RTS can play the remastered version of the game on their computers with the Game Pass program.

The new Definitive Edition comes with remastered audio and players can experience the game in 4K. The trailer also revealed a new campaign for Age of Empires 2, called The Last Khans.

Age of Empires 2 was originally developed by Ensemble Studios, the same team that eventually made Halo Wars — which premiered on Xbox consoles in 2009. Age of Empires is now owned and operated by Microsoft Studios.

Players can play the Definitive Edition of Age of Empires 2 for Xbox Game Pass for PC this fall. Fans can also sign up for the beta on the Age of Empires website.

Update 6/10: Microsoft reached out to Polygon to clarify Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition’s release platforms. The new edition of the game is only coming to PC. It’s unclear if or when Microsoft will put Age of Empires 2 on a console. We’ve updated the article to remove any mention of an Xbox version of the game.
