I know, I meant that even if you wait for a specific type of hardware after you get that there will be something better straight after. I'm only saying pick a component and use that for a few years and then change. That way you will keep updated every so often.

Might be caused by the operating system. Some emulators have issues running on an operating systems files. Try running it in Windows XP (any service pack).
It all depends on what serial bus you have. if you have a bud that will manage the 5670 then get that one, but if not go for the 4870 as the 5670 will be pointless to have.
Well if you wait for new hardware and get that, then there will always be new hardware worth waiting for. I suggest picking hardware and sticking to it then upgrade the hardware every 2 years or so.
Also when styling and using colours, make sure you use the hex colours consistently and not changing from hex to rgb to colour name (e.g. red, green, blue).
