If anyone happens to know why repacking a JSON into a sav corrupts inventory and bank (only sometimes, which is the strange part), let me know. If I can figure it out, then it will be one step closer to weapon loading/modding.

Because this weapon doesn't have any parts that require additional ammo, having 2 Infinity barrels will cause ammo regeneration. Simply put is this: standard ammo consumption is -1, adding an Infinity barrel grants +1, so the net ammo loss is zero. Adding another Infinity barrel is another...
2,523,798 is my new magic number. That is how much damage this Assault Rifle does per second without using ANY ammo.
Let me say that one more time: 2.5 million damage per second without using ammo.
(Doesn't stick, saves only in bank, slight graphical glitch on barrel, but it looks like a BEAST...

The workaround for editor v133 is to edit the ('Raw'->'SkillData'->'(Collection)') section. Only edit the 'Grade' max of 5 (double-check the skills which can only have 1 point). The skills are self-explanatory; for example "GD_Soldier_Skills.Guerrilla.Sentry" is the Commando class, Guerilla...
