Wow. That's extremely odd that a large chain such as Kmart would make a mistake like that. Are you sure it is not a display copy, and that you are actually able to purchase the game?

Well you always run a risk playing any game before it's street release date. Honestly, it would be best to wait until then, but it you do it offline, you should be fine.
Try using one of these programs to transfer songs from your iPod, directly to your Mac. :thumbup: The 5 in that list are freeware. Personally, I would stay away from SongBird, but that's just my preference.

If somehow a web browser is integrated into the Xbox 360's Dashboard, there's going to be exploits. and possibly jeopardize how Microsoft wants users to use their console. I really think it's unlikely, unless it's a site dedicated browser. Even then....
