Hey everyone, didn't know exactly where to post this, so i'll post it here.

I am planning on buying XBLS this weekend, so I'm readying my JTAG..

(Updating, Fixing games, etc), I updated to 16602, but after a while my jtag freezes on startup..

It will be working fine for a bit, but when I turn it off and on it freezes at the boot logo..

I flashed my last flashdmp back using xell, so it's all back to normal now but I need to update it. Help!

Does your jtag run fine/not freeze at all whilst flashed with your previous image?

Also, what dashlunch plugins have you got running?

It runs fine yes,
and dashlaunch I have xbdm and XDRPC
Or whatever the last one is.

Could it be because I didn't flash dashlaunch with it?
So it doesn't support 16602?

i believe you looking for the 16202 dash board and all you have to do is take your flashdump.bin in jrunner and update it with the xebuild gui built in with jrunner

If it runs fine before hand, then it's not a technique issue! You are most likely making a mistake in the creation of your 16202 image or dashlaunch is making it mess up. I'm happy to go on team viewer and help you if you want?

open your stock nand in jrunner then build a clean freeboot off of that. then you need to flash it back via xell.

if its freezing in one specific area it sounds like a nand issue, however i have seen some xbox's do this that a reflow fixed. how, i dont know, but it fixed it. maybe an short or colder solder joint under the hana/ana or something, i really dont know, but its something to keep in mind.

Freezing is usually caused by a failing gpu or failing RAM. HANA/Ana would just pixelate or start artifacting but you could still play the box.
