Maybe run the advance minecraft error test and try to find out.
If you think it's java, then make sure minecraft is getting the right java for your operating system. (64 or 32 bit)
Just re-install java JDK it if that's the case.

Ok well just uninstall all of the java installers, and make sure you download the 64 bit java Offline installer.Snip
Ok well just uninstall all of the java installers, and make sure you download the 64 bit java Offline installer.
http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=71837
also make sure your path goes to your Program Files and not the "(x86) program files" folder (if your machine also runs 32bit).
You can check if your java is successfully installed here:
http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
If not.. then try force updating in the minecraft launcher.
If that doesn't work, then I think you should get professional help from

I wish you luck.

I tried that java (and made sure to put it in the correct folder) and the JDK and still does not want to work.
Well first, you won't need JDK so go ahead and throw that out, JDK stands for Java Development Kit for developers ect. You just need JRE (Java Runtime Environment) Can you get the actual client downloaded or is it an error downloading the mc files themselves?
I run as administrator. Wait for it to load, click next, it tells me that it installed completely and correctly, i click finish and nothing seems to change. Even after system restart.
So, you can't even download the exe itself?
Are you using any mods or a modified client?
Nope. Vanilla. Vanilla does not one to seem to install.
A pirate version does not work either.
That error was from the pirated version right? Run the legit one and see what it does.
Incorrect. From the vanilla.
That's really weird, after I'm done with my things I need to do I'll look into fixing this okay.
