My cousin had lost his iPhone a month ago when we were drunk at my house and I found it today. He said I could keep it, I know it's disabled so it's basically useless but his phone number is still on the phone. I'm scared Verizon will track it down and say it was stolen, which it wasn't. I've got it set to Airplane mode with just the WiFi on. I just jailbroke it. Is there anyway I can remove his number or possibly block/remove the Verizon network association all together so that it is just an iPod using something from Cydia or any kind of method? Also, will me downloading apps, signing into Facebook, and other things with my personal info, sent to Verizon so that they can track me using that?

Yes he has the same plan and number, he has an iPhone 5 now. If I can't delete the Verizon info, will my Facebook info, apple downloads, safari searches, etc. be sent to apple even though I have location services disabled, no cell sign, and am just using wifi?

No, you cant delete the number unless you get the phone re serviced(Get it turned on with your own number) i have a Verizon 4 and i use it as a iPod to not kill the battery on my 5 cause its my phone but on topic you wouldn't have to worry about them slapping you with any legal stuff, They wouldn't have anything to do with your twitter, Facebook safari, downloads etc so don't be worried your good and if something did happen just call your friend up to confirm it so you don't get in trouble but i doubt you would.

Verizon Phones don't have SIM cards.
Wrong.

The iPhone 4 for Verizon doesn't have a sim card. You should be able to get it done at a Verizon store, just take your friend with you, and some way to prove the phone was his.

What Verizon Phones have SIM cards then?

Most of the newer model phones. Such as the Androids, the my iPhone 4S has a sim card, along with my brothers DROID.
You sir are wrong non of Verizon phones use/have SIM cards because they are a CDMA company so therefore they don't use them

False. I have a Verizon iPhone 4S, and I have seen the sim card. It is in a small compartment on the right side of my phone. The compartment has to be opened with a paperclip. I was stupid and accidentally locked my sim card while screwing with my settings. So there is a sim card in the Verizon iPhone 4S for sure.

Verizon wont do anything unless its reported stolen, same with Apple. Verizon won't look at your app history, if they even can. I know they could use the cell usage but you don't have cell usage.

PS. Just FYI, putting the phone in Airplane Mode and then connecting it to WiFi defeats the purpose of "hiding from Verizon".

No, you cannot hid it, knowing losing a phone somebody has found it by now kept it, done the DFU restore and is using it as an iPod or as their phone as you said your friend has a new 5 so it wouldn't be reported "stolen" unless you or your friend reports it stolen, and knowing the DFU practically everything is deleted as DFU restore is a dev way of resetting a phone unless of course it was backed up, I've been out of this loop for a while
