reserved space problem

so i have a 30gig zune and i have a terrible problem with it and i need some help. when i plug in my zune to the computer it shows on the bar that has the "space left" it shows that its all reserved for other computers if any... yea the whole thing and if i go to the settings and change it there it only gives me 42.76mb of space and thats if i put the reserved space at 0%. i have tried everything i erased all my music on the computer and on the zune. ive reset the zune like 20 times already and uninstalled and reinstalled the zune software. and its still at the same thing so if any1 has a fix or knows how i can get this issue dealt with it would be very much appreciated..

Have you cleared it by the "clear all content" button in the Device Settings menu in the Zune program?

it might be from a failed filmware upgrade try restoring it

i have cleared it in everyway there is possible but the problem is that theres nothing on there when it says its full
