Microsoft confirms European 360 price cut

After the price cuts in both Japan and North America, Microsoft has decided to follow suit in Europe. From Friday 19th September, the Arcade version will cost £129.99 (179.99 EUR), the Premium console will go for £169.99 (239.99 EUR) and the Elite will sell at £229.99 (299.99 EUR). This is a solid move for the company and should rack up a healthy amount of sales, given that both the Arcade and Premium models are cheaper than a Wii now.
