Quick Question About Xbox Firmware, PLZ HELP

ok i my question is that when i flash my regular xbox firmware will i be able to go onto xbox live with copied games
the reason i ask is because after hot swapping so many times my halo 2 disk got scratched and i can not load it any more it just always says "disk is damaged or dirty"

Also, it would be really great if one of you could support me with a tutorial link and a download link

You would probably get caught with Flashed firmware. I know there is an invisible firmware for the 360 not sure about the xbox1.
