Urgent : Unable to connect to xbox live - Error status report

I have been trying to connect to xbox live with a wired connection connected to a router leading to a modem. There are two xboxs in my house experiencing this problem. All the tests pass up to the xbox live test.
The Error Status Report codes are:
W : 0000-000B
X : 0000-000C
Y : 0000-0000
Z : 0000-0000

This is strange as my account will NOT connect but when i use the 'Join Xbox LIVE' option, it succesfully connects to XBL.
Any guesses ppl?

My bad, my dad recoverred his gamertag and got onto XBL then i went on and it automatically connected. After all this my family were panicking xD 'Are we banned?' 'Is it the server?' lol we had so many ideas. All i can say is -blam!- you microsoft servers or wateva...
