won't read games

This is a discussion about won't read games within the Xbox Support section, where you will Receive help if you have a problem with your Xbox.; my xbox used to read games but then i did something stupid and basically deleted my C drive then i fixed it(thanks to forrrest master ) but now when i put a game in it

Question Unanswered: won't read games
my xbox used to read games but then i did something stupid and basically deleted my C drive then i fixed it(thanks to forrrest master ) but now when i put a game in it acts like there is no game in the drive. can anyone help?

Try and cold boot a game and see what happens. I mean turn the xbox on with the power button while the game is in the tray and see if it loads.

i tried that too.. i tried 3 different retail halos, 1 burned halo, AID, and mechassault and all of those used to work before i ****ed up my C drive

well, thats has nothing to do with your C drive. It has to do with your Disk Drive. if your MS dash doenst load them when nothing is modded then its your drive.
