Actually, i have a V1.4 Xbox. On LiveInfo, it just give the info from 1.0, 1.1, and 1.6. So mine wouldn't show up.

Ya. Thanks for all the help you guy's have given me. I learned so much from this experience. Though it was a bad one... BUT i decided to buy a 1.4 xbox (exactly like mine) softmod it, backup the eeprom, un softmod it, lock the 160GB HDD with the new eeprom file, and hopefully i can successfully install my new hdd.

That will work. Sorry that it went the wrong way. I need to open up my xbox repair shop again so problems like this dont happen anymore.
