I am softmodding tonight!

This is a discussion about I am softmodding tonight! within the Xbox Softmod section, where you will Learn how to mod your Xbox's software to gain extra features, such as Xbox Media Center, by using installers such as softmod installer deluxe, auto-installer deluxe, Krayzies, waffle tools and more.; I was debating whether to hardmod or softmod and I am going to softmod one of my two Xbox's tonight!!! Lightbulb I am softmodding tonight!
I was debating whether to hardmod or softmod and I am going to softmod one of my two Xbox's tonight!!! I went out and purchased the Action Replay and I have Agent Under Fire and Mech Assault. Let's hope all goes well...

Can anyone give me any feedback on whether to use Krazie or SID?

Krazie appears to be the better of the two and I think I will use the EvoX Dashboard.

Feel free to message or email me while I'm in the process. I may take pictures to help fellow newbies and maybe you can incorporate them with a tutorial...

Should I do the Unleash X dash instead? I want to be able to back up my games on my hard drive... I can do that with the additional programs I can install after I'm done with the soft mod right?

I'll wait to upgrade the HD once I get this done right... First time you see...

I'm going to roll with Krazie but this may sound retarded - I have my Action Replay hooked up via USB and I'm trying to copy the AUF udata.zip in to the AR saves folder and I'm not seeing it the list? wow, I feel stupid but I'm going to keep trying...

right i prefer krazies because of krazies dual boot,create xbl gts and you could still go on live and not get banned lol.

that file is enormous... what's all in it?

all,
i think i copied the SID 4 file to the MC from AR but i wanted the Krayzie that I downloaded, not sure how to get the file I downloaded from the tutorial in the right spot to transfer to the MC...

What's the difference between SID and Krayzie? CAn I go back and re-install one or the other if I don't like it?

I want to give a super huge thanks to Jomal206 for helping me softmod!!! He sat online with me for like 2 hours while I was trying to figure it out. In the end, it was smooth.

Now, I'm going to softmod my other xbox. I also am going to get some emulators.
