ok if I'm understanding you your saying if you ftp to your modded dash using a ethernet connection not wireless will you get banned correct?
well if that is your question the answer is no because it is impossible for them (Microsoft or Bungie) to know this i also mod and iv been doing ftp forever never got banned for it the only time i got banned was wen i modded the map pack and went on live that is pretty much the only way to get banned for modding i think.
