| Xbox easy repair!!
*NOTE* I am not responsible for what may or may not happen to your Xbox.
This tutorial is for people that can still open a FTP connection to your xbox. If you can then your tutorial is farther down.
1. Ok for starters you need to download a MS dashboard that works. I will have one up very soon but there should be one on this site that works. open up C:/ and delete everything on it. After this is done put the new Dashboard on there it should consist of font, media, xodash, dashdata ***, and three other files.
2. Now go back to were you have all the folders and double click E:/. Delete everything from here EXCEPT Tdata, Udata, and Cache.
3. Reboot your xbox and say hello to MS dash.
1. This is for you who cant open an FTP but still need your xbox fixed. First you'll need to take the top off your xbox and make sure you can get the hard drive out in a hurry with the cables still plugged in. Make sure you have an open sata plug in coming from your computer *you will need to take the cover off your computer as well* And you will need Xplorer360. You can google it to find.
2. Now reboot your computer and as its turning on press the Pause/Break key to pause the boot. now turn your xbox on and wait till you see the xbox logo and unplug the ribbon cable and plug the one from your computer in real quick-like. dont shake up the hard drive though. Now press a key on your keyboard to start it back up. on mine it was F1. After it boots open Xplorer360 and go under Drive-->open-->Hard drive or mem. card.
3. open up Partition 3 or 4 and if it has folders liek games apps emus Tdata Udata etc. then its E:/ and the other is C:/ continue from step 1 in the other tutorial and go until you can see the ms dashboard show up. This should work I have tested both ways and both were succesful.
