there is a WAY higher chance that you will mess things up if you do it via FTP. Just go to your UnleashX Dash, and follow my tut to be safe

Exclamation Please Help!
Sorry if this is a dead thread, but I need help! I accidentally FTP'ed my Xbox E:\ Drive backup over to my PC, and it somehow got deleted. Now I am screwed, but I really want to play XBL again!

If anyone can help at all, I will be greatly appreciative!

Can you boot games? And you need to post this in Xbox support.

I think so...
If by boot games you mean can I play discs in my modded Xbox then yes.
I can also burn ISO and image files should I need to.

My neighbor did this some time ago but he forgot how to do it, so I know it can be done.

So you have your modded dash? Then what are you worried about? Just download the ms dash in xbox support, and FTP it over to the xbox.

Considering it wont let me make a new thread, I'm just going to have to post here about my problem.

Somehow I lost my 007 disc. Therefore I cannot uninstall using the disc.
Is there any other way to unsoftmod your xbox besides using the disc you softmodded with? Please help.

Yes there is. You have to FTP to your C partition and delete all the files in there and FTP back over the original dash. But you probably have Shadow C so you cant see anything on your C drive so use something to bypass it. Here

Bypassing Shadow C and Eeprom Backup

The Orignal MS Dash
