hey, i modded my box and some mods on it for halo 2, but when i go to sign on, its either says
a)troubleshooter says that cables are connected, then searches for IP, then goes back and says that they are disconnected, or
b)when i change IP to manual in MS Dash, and tytpe in the numbers myself, its says the gateway cant be reached,
anybody got any suggestions what i might have to do?

huh? make sure ur ip is set to dhcp and not static in the modded dashboard. if ur using unleashx it settings>network settings>ip address> here is should say dhcp, if it says static change it

its all set to the right settings, and im using evoX, when i go into the modded dash and go to system management and go to where it says the IPs and stuff, it wont let me change that stuff, its highlighted and locked and i cant access it, but if i load the installer through splinter cell, i can change it in there
anyone know what the problem is?

put your game that you used to sofmod back in, run linux, and unsoftmod. easy as pie. im going to make a retard tut on how to do this.

allriht, i got everything working, now all i need is a good place to download mods from like spawn mods, elites cant dies, and stuff like that

i tried making my own and they sucked real bad

you have to cold boot (put cd in disc tray, and wile its open shut off then on so its boots directly from disc, not from modded dash) and the color doesnt matter.

WHENEVER I TRY TO UPDATE IT WONT LET ME SEND THE FILES TO THE E DRIVE IT SAYS ON MY FTP FILE DOES NOT EXIST.....
