help on how to backup a game onto xbox

ok so i have xunleashed softmodded and everything....now i need help on how to backup a game onto my harddrive...whenever i try to do it on my new dashboard it says "An error occured whitle copying d error code 112" can sumone help me?

ftp to your computer then put your disc in and rip it to your computer from your d drive if its too big take out stuff you dont really need and then send it back to your games folder and click on (usually) default.xbe and it will start up the game
