how many roms are there?

does anyone know for sure how many roms per console there are? Without the hacked ones. otherwise you're in the thousands.
Like nes- how many for real roms
snes- how many for real roms
genesis- how many for real roms
and so on.. Just wondering. I know you can get roms and add to them to get them all

A "rom" is an image from a game. ALL "roms" have been hacked in order to get the onto the computer.

I believe the question you're looking for is, how many GAMES there are per system

Because i have no idea how many "exact" games there are for the systems or how many of them have been converted into roms

yes you can have 1000 roms thats about 60 MB worth of games... if there not BIG like Pokemon for roms like pokemon thats 300 Games which is 900 MB
any ways there isnt 300 pokemon games so you have have about 6500

Ok well really just look at the file size and your xbox can hold like almost 950 MB im not really sure about that Guestamate but still about 900 MB and thats final because you can have a full halo 2+ 3 Campaign not including The start ups like Armory The into The Heratic... there ya go!
