Download Auto-Installer Deluxe from our Xbox Applications section. Then look in the softmod seciton for my tutorial on how to use it. It tells you how to install XBMC and it will install a few MC360 skins for you.

yeah I have the thong pic looking from under her for my opening login screen. With the skin on my xbox I mean. it's sweet. it closes around and stops just at the right spot

it isnt for the 360, it is for the original xbox.

yes unless you want xbmc to be your dash instead of using it as an application.
