XBMC Questions!

Hi, I got XBMC 360 and I have like stuff in the videos folder that I want to remove. Like in the videos folder there is a bunch of directory's that I want to get rid of. Example, I go into videos and I have a video directory that I do not want in there no more. How can I delete that?, I dont want to delete it off my system I just want to delete it off of the directory in my Videos folder. I would also like to add that, How come Xlink Kai does not work through XBMC 360? Like it says "Connect to Xlink Kai" How come that does not work? It just shows blank chat room? I also had 1 more question. Where can I get the latest xbmc. I think I have a really old version.
