Its Basically an . xbe that can run like a trainer in the background and records what you are doing. Its like a high quality Capture card, except it lags because the little bit of ram in the xbox is being used for that.

It probably does the same thing that you can do with yelo for halo 2. It takes a bunch of pictures really fast and then you can combine them.
