This tut works, I did this for a friend about 10 minutes ago because I didn't feel like doing another oven reflow. Just tighten the screws down and you'll be good to go. Just know though, This causes the motherboard to flex alot. It would only be a temporary fix at best before any more solder disconnects and you'll need to unflex and reflow the board.

Great TUT! If only I still had ma broken 360 that rodded back in I think 2007. Oh well, I guess I have 2 buy a new xbox due to the ban wave, screw Microshaft! LOL!
