Be able to earn Achievements after getting reset!

This tutorial will teach you how to be able to earn your achievements back after you got them reset and get you removed from the "cheater" zone.

Step 1
Learn how to add games to your profile
(Here is a tutorial by GameTuts)

How to add games to a Xbox Live Profile (Tutorial)

Step 2
Add the Xbox 360 Dashboard to your list (FFFE07D1)

Step 3
Delete the Xbox 360 Dashboard from your Game History.
(You may have to wait a while until you are able to delete it from your game history. This may even take up to 2 days)

Step 4
Your Bio, Gamerscore, and Game History will now be gone.

Step 5
Wait a little while for it to update on Xbox.com.

Step 6
Once you see that you have no Gamerscore or Game History on Xbox.com just recover your gamertag

That's it!

I'd probably just make a new profile and edit achievements from there. If a gamertag is once reset and your caught again wouldn't it be a console ban? I have a reset account and I was just wondering, incase I ever get back on it again and I can mod achievements from there.

Some people get reset first offense.

You have to wait a little while.

Sometimes it may even take up to 2 days until you are able to delete it.

well i tried this. im sure i ****ed up somewhere. first i added the dashboard then loaded up a game then deleted the dashboard then earned a achievement then recovered my account and nothing. did i mess up? idk i did though manage to get the cheater zone removed off xbox.com and all my achievements arent locked anymore. so do i have to earn them or was i supposed to get my GS back when i recovered my tag?

I have an idea. Someone get a random account, reset to 0 GS, play a game online so it updates that you have 0 on xbox.com (Does it?), delete it, then recover it and earn an achievement. Might be a way to manually reset GS. Probably not but just a thought.

well when i did it, it took off my cheater brand on the xbl profile and on xbox.com and none of my achievements are locked anymore so im able to earn them back but i didnt get my gamerscore back.

Ehh, its not updating the no game history on xbox.com, I changed my motto and that updated, but not the game history... I have a feeling the OP has a missing step?

no because if you earn 1 achievement you will get it all back
