Just get a warrenty sticker. They dont care.

I sent one in that had a bricked Benq drive, e74, e79, and would not turn on and told them it was RROD.

Got a brand new unit.

Where the hell do I get a sticker?...

Wait, I have a 360 on the way....
It has the sticker.

How do I remove the sticker and make it look good?

Re: How to fix Error E74!

Is the E74 error also relate with RAM chips or just the ANA chip?

You are not. That is a completely different error.

Ok, just making sure because I keep hearing "try re-putting compound on your GPU "

I just did the penny fix and I turned on my 360 for 5 min. and it got overheated?????

Re: How to fix Error E74!

I have a 360 with no warranty sticker, but I have another that has a perfect one.The only problem is that the x360 I want to send in looks really terrible and has clear evidence that it has been tampered with. Does anybody know whether I could take the case from the other x360 and put the motherboard and dvd-rom(drive) into the good case? the reason I ask is because, I'm not sure if they would be able to tell the difference by the different serial number.

Do the towel trick again and dont wait for it to cool.... turn it on and off over and over until it doesnt give you the error.... and also try to put more preassure on it while turning it on (get someone to preasure the top where the cd's are; or if you dont weigh alot try standing on it and turning it on; worked for me
