I just tried it myself. Works fine. I know there's a way to inject the pics so we can see it on the console.

Yep you gotta be on LIVE. I have kinda fixed the program so that it doesn't show blank squares and it actually show the picture now. Just trying to work a few stuff out tho before I post an updated version.

i think azzid should get his gamerpicture changed. Also nice job i researched custom gamerpictures and found it out but never dreamed of doing it like this

Go to xbox.com and sign on your account. Right click your gamer picture and do view image. There is your png. Here is one example.

Research :-). It isn't that hard to figure out. BTW its putting them into the CON in the wrong way in that version (haven't released any better one yet tho) it should only be at 0xc000 where there are filenames.
