unplayable disk error?

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me i have had to send my xbox into microsoft 3 times already just to get a broken xbox a few months later now this time i called and i have not even had this replacement unit for a year AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED i was like WTF i have not even had this for a year well anyway i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to fix this. When i put a game in on the bottom of the dashboard it says unplayable disk when ever i put a game in ive tried all 30 of my games none work is there a way to fix this easily?

Its probably your eye. Try cleaning off the eye with alcy, If it still doesnt work you could try replacing the eye, If it still doesnt work then you could obtain your drive keys, buy a new drive from ebay then change the drive keys of that to match your xbox. Dont know how you would do that but i guess its possible.
