Help with reading disks?

Hey guys... My 360 wont read disks... (Ive had 5 of them because of this exact problem....) I put in a disk (Any disk I might add....) but it wont read it the first time, so i open and close the tray... same thing... so I do it again... and again.... and again... until it works... it usually wakes like 25 tries... So Any ideas on what the problem is? Here is a video showing what it does:

You have the open tray error.

tried the video... didnt work.... the tut thing you posted, looks WAAAAAY to complicated for me... haha

Go to your local Home improvement store and buy a Xbox360 Fixer. its not always called that I think at home depot its called a wrench. Throw your fixer at you 360 with great force and it should be working. click thanks if i helped
