Changing Consoles?

Ok, i have a 1.6 Flashed benQ thats NOT banned from Xbl. And i have a new NOT FLASHED _____ xbox..

I was wondering if i can use my flashed xbox OFFLINE to play copied games on my profile and then like.. NOT get banned?

As in.. Is there any way to find out i've been playing copied games OFF my profile? - I wont be playing unreleased games.

No, you'll be fine, as long as you stay offline with the flashed one, there's no way to tell. And when you get caught with a flashed box, your console gets banned.

Even if the xbox ISNT flashed?

Because my flashed one isnt banned, Because i bought a new one before it got banned..

I'm saying if you go online with that flashed box, there's a chance of being banned. But no worries as you are keeping it offline.
