How Screwed am I?

I accidentally pressed add new folder while highlighting the all 0's file in my HDD, deleting the whole section of my HDD. How messed up will my HDD be? Anything damaging to games? Or is this all patches and the like?

Try putting it back on your 360 and reformatting it. That should do the trick.

It works quite well, I just want to know what all I deleted.

You deleted the public profile, which contains mostly avatar data, marketplace data. You should be able to get it back by doing a license transfer.
