one screw wont open

i opened my 360 for e74 fix(dont got warrenty),
i got 5/6 screws open but one wont open, im using the same bit.
i dont know but i had a guy flash it for me, he might messed the inner part of the screw and now it wont open, the top part.

how will i open it now?
