| 7S Enthusiast | Flashing with a Macbook I would be running Windows XP with Bootcamp. The only inputs on here are ![]() I was wondering if I could use a usb to sata? | 7S Enthusiast | Re: Flashing with a Macbook I've heard of laptops working, but I've tried it many MANY times with $50+ spent on trying to get it to work, and countless hour spent- and nothing seems to work. If you can just get access to a PC and buy a VIA card it will save you much, much money and a huge headache. My .02 anyway. EDIT: By the way, even if you can get the USB to SATA to work it only works on old hitachi drives. Last edited by Dave; 11-16-2009 at 03:45 AM. |
