Burning + stealth patching a game with multiple files

So, I downloaded MW2 and its in 7 different files (each file is 1 Gig) I have no idea what to do in terms of stealth patching and burning it.

Do I just stealth patch and burn each iso file individually?

I'm really stuck and I'm really new to burning and stealth patching games (I just flashed my xbox a few hours ago).

Any help would be great.

put all the files in 1 folder extract the files
if you did not download the rrod release of the game then download the rrod stealth files found in premium and on the same page is how to apply theme

Ok, so I just dump all 7 parts into a folder? Also how do I extract them and where? Sorry I'm such a noob

are they .rars if so download winrar :download
and it doesn't matter were u extract them whenever is best 4 u

once you have winrar installed double click one of the files and drag out the file and it will automatically combined them into one file

Open part 1 of your download and extract the .ISO to the same folder that all of your parts of the game are in. Then run the .ISO through the program ABGX(google it for download). It will create a .DVD file. Then use the program IMGburn(google it) and burn the .DVD to a disc.
