hm idea for con ban?

hm i've been thinking / getting ready for a console ban lol... anyways if say i do get a CB.. wait a month, call MS and say i bought the 360 used from a pawn shop / or anyother store that sells used game systems.. would they do anything? )_(

You have to show them a receipt from a retail store that you can verify you got in a brand new, unopened box.

My convo. Happened the same way as null 420's.
me: Hi my dad bought me an xbox from a pawn shop on his way home from the factory. I decided to try and sign up for xbox live but it said the console was banned from xbox live.
Them: So let me get this straight, you got banned for playing CoD

Like I said, the only way they will unban is if you can prove it was supposed to be a new console in a brand new unopened package. Otherwise they won't.

Search the xbox forums and see for yourself.

Even if it's second hand, they won't unban it. The warranty is void and you are responsible when you buy the console.
