Can't connect to xbl

Well I bought a new xbox after getting console banned and try to connect it to xbl. To my surprise there's no warranty stickers. So I decide to test the console to make sure it's in working order. It turns on fine but when I try to connect to live I get a network error. The error occurs while Xbox 360 ---> Network. I've reset my modem and I'm a thousand percent sure it's not the chord. I tried googling my status codes which gave me nothing so I decided to see if anyone else could help. the status codes are as follows:
W: 0000 000B
x: 8000 100D
Y: 0000 0000
Z: 0000 0000
ID: FFFF FFFF

Edit: Nvm the guy before selling it to gamestop decided to set the iP and subnet to random things. The ip was 10.0.0.2 and the subnet was 0.0.0.0 Thanks to this guy:
