Banning Glitchy?

I have been playing Modern warfare 2 online and have seen all "banned" posts. and my xbox sometimes will let me log in but sometimes it will just say cannot connect to xbox live(Doesnt say your console banned or anything) can anyone help me or tell me wtf is going on

When you have problems connecting to live it's called Internet problems... Not a ban...

im not trying to be a d*ck but im pretty sure ur wrong because i have two xboxs one connects one doesnt and ive been connected to the internet on my computer this whole time

Unless you see "This console has been banned for violations......" Then you are not banned....

It could be something as simple as the Ethernet port on the back of the 360 going out... So lets not go down this road of who is right.
