Account Problem

I have a 360 that has been flashed and banned a while back, and a new 360 that has never been opened. when i put my HDD/MU onto the banned console, i can sign in and play offline fine, but then if i want to play online, when I try to sign back in on the other 360 , It just says "no profiles found" and under the memory tab it says "Corrupted Profile". and I have to recover my account from Xbl, and loose all my achievements. I did not mod the profile in any way recently, so i really have no idea why this is happening? do I have to resign the profile ID's when I switch consoles?

try resigning the console ID to the new one's ID...i'm pretty sure that'll work profile ID isn't necessary though cuz it never changes from console to console.
