Console Ban..But gamertag Still Good?

Alright well my console got banned and i still have a 2 yr account still on the xbox 360. Now since the message says console ban does that mean that my gamertag is also banned? I have like 15k gamer score and everything is ligit...Kinda wanna keep it

So when i get a new xbox should i get a new acc or can i just put in my hdd? Thanks

Well still im worried b/c i have played Mw2 a ton now...And its on my gamertag and my gamerscore so if i transfered it over to my new xbox...Then they will figure it out again no? Since its already on my acc?

And tons of people are banned for playing it early your safest bet would wait till after mw2 came out but then your dates would still show up befor the game came out.

So...I just bought a new 360 and its not banned and its flashed. Should i create a new gamertag and start fresh...Or should i transfer my old gamertag that got banned on my 360? My acc isnt banned just my console and idk if it will say that i played MW2 early...But i started playing yesterday on October 30 i think..

Wut should i do...I still have like 3k microsoft points on my acc and 2 yrs of subscription!!

Yeah thats what i was thinking about doing but if you really think about it....

I have played the game for 2 days now on my MAIN acc that i played xbox live on. Now according to everyone else..It tells microsoft or whoever when you first played and all that sheeit...So if i transfer my gamertag over again to my new 360 they will see that i played about a week early and banned me again.

Or am i not making sense?

But i think since i have been playing mw2 its gunna banned me when i sign onto my new xbox since i have been playing early.

So should i just recover a day after the game comes out to my new xbox the acc that got banned on my xbox...Or get a new account?

Why do you always think you know what your talking about? Nobody got banned for playing COD4, COD5, GoW2, Halo 3 and many other games early so be quiet. If he buys a new console and uses the same GT he will be FINE.

There are 80,000 members on se7ensins and almost 300,000 on xbox360iso so im sure there are many more than that in the world that have a modded xbox.
