Ban Question

so i joined my friends party and there was a bunch of gay fags in there that pissed me off so i lagged my self out of the party and then automatticaly got connected back. they got really pissed and called xbox customer support. they told them i hack and everything and now apparently my account is under investigation. i personally think microsoft ain't gonna do **** but can anyone else give me there opion.
Edit: Btw i had cod 4 ufo mode and cod waw zomb mods on at one time although they have been gone for a couple weeks.

Those friends of yours are big wusses, they need to get slapped in the face with a fish. And nothing is going to happen to your account M$ sucks sometimes in sutations like these, besides with the mods you did, they wont do sh**.
