Yeah, but One of the support hotline guys told me that they were going to stop taking calls from people about them. He said that they were told to just refer everyone over to Xbox.com instead to fill out the form.

Mine's coming in the mail though!

well about an hour ago i ordered mine from the phone but the lady kept trying to make me buy more things and go to xbox.com but i was able to get it shipped

ya i called like 4 times 1st time he sed to order online so i hung up 2nd time someone told me my warrenty expired to i checked on the website and it wasnt so i hung up on him 3rd time im not sure if i ordered it but the gave me that number thing idk so i just called another time a few hours ago they said it will come in 10-12 buisness days and he also gave me a number. so i think i might get 2?
