Xbox360 to play backups

is there a way to make your xbox360 play backup disks if you flash your 360 not like take it all apart or whatever the other way is

Flashing your 360 requires you to take you 360 apart...and it's the only way.

Yeah you can flash your 360s drive to make it play burnt games, but you have to open your 360 to get the drive out

could anyone help me with this like talk to me through it with flashing it and then how to put the warranty sticker back on so its still waranted

To take the sticker off and put it back on, you'll need to heat it up pretty hot with a hairdryer, then gently peel it off and put it on wax paper, and stick it between 2 books or something to keep it from curling. When you go to put it back on you need to heat it up a little bit to re-activate the adhesive and then smooth it on until it sticks.

i can't seem to find a yes or no on this but can you play backed games or burned games on live? and odds of getting banned?

Yes you can play on live, yes you can be banned if the game isn't stealth patched

would i have to re patch a game if it was updated to detect it?
and how often would i need to update the dvd drive?
i don't have the money to buy a new game every week or whatever

You would need to reflash your drive if an update came out that fixed the ability to play burned games...and update hasn't come out for nearly a year that's fixed it

LOL I don't decide when updates come out so I can't really tell you...you could flash your drive and it could be fine for eternity...or they could come out with an update next week...you just don't know

If you dont like buying games i suggest you flash. If your not sure on what to do, flip a coin. and the next big update doesnt come out til november.

i don't like to buy games but i'm not sure and is there info or any idea with the new big idea if it would do anything?
