Can this Xbox 360 be fixed?

Whats up. About a year ago or so when I got into Xbox 360's I had bought a Xbox 360 form a user on X-S. It was $220 for a Pro Unit minus the hardrive.

Anyways I had the unit for a good 3 days just browsing the dashboard, when I got a used Hardrive and Halo 3 it got RROD. In those times I had no idea how to open a Xbox 360 with some 4 hours I opened it. It had X Clamp replacement done (I did not know). I could not get the motherboard out so I just put it back together.

Later that month I had bought an Elite console. 1 week after that I decided to try to fix my old pro and flash the drive. Well I could not get the console open (Screws would not come out), me being the retard I took a hammer and smashed the ROL board and tried to pry the ROL board. I just gave up on the console.

My parents told me they "threw it out" 2 months later. After that I started buying broken 360's and repairing them, and just buying 360's.

My main 360 broke like 2 hours ago the dvd drive makes a weird noise. My parents had put my other 4 360's in a closet. Today I started looking for one to salvage a dvd drive, I looked in the wrong closet wrapped in 4 shopping bags I found a 360. I thought it was strange that it had a White Bezel because all my 360's have pro bezels. Low and behold it was the first console I ever had. I decided to fix it ( I have a lot of knoweldge about 360's now ).

Well upon opening it (Guess my old T10 was chipped?), I saw the smashed ROL board. Well where you plug in the ROL board that thing is really loose its like hanging half way up, also its damaged. I cant put another one in. I have a really broken 360 0021 code somewhere in my house. Everything is broken except the dvd drive and ROL unit connector, and ROL board. Can I remove that connector from the 0021 box and put in the 360 that has the damaged part?

How can I do this? Do I need a solder ( I am buying one tommorow ).

Frankly if it cant be fixed I can send it off to Microsoft because I have like 5 warranty stickers. I don't want to be stuck with a Lite On though this unit has a Hitachi 59.

You'd need a de-soldering kit too, to remove it. It's really risky, Microsoft didn't design it to be de-soldered, but it can probably be done. You'd have to be SUPER careful, because you could burn the pins or the board.

Or you could extract the drive key from your drive, then when the repaired Xbox comes back you could flash it. Hackers are working on getting the Lite-On to be flashable, they've made progress, and if everything goes well it should be hackable in a couple weeks.
