yeah I can try and help if I can bc the same ****ing thing happened to me last month and I had 18 thousand gamerscore and had to start all over.

i will but yea i called xbox and there trying to get it back but those ***king indians are telling me hardware department said thatthe email address was not changed and that it was always a hotmail and ive never had hotmail i used aol on that account for 4 damn years

call them like I did and get mad and ask to speak to a supervisor who has clear english and then tell the supervisor "listen here I pay for this account and I want it ****ing back now. I will give you all the information you need but you need to give me the email address to my account now or are you as useless as the employees that you supervise, and if so in that case I want to speak to someone that can help me now"

when I talked to them I was like **** that its not gonna get my account back now and I actually got them to tell me the new information on the account and I did my own back tracking and kept flooding his ip with packets and then stopped and called and told the kid to stop the **** and he confessed to making 200 dollars in charges to my credit card so I just made him get me a new account but I don't think that you'll be able to do that to whoever stole yours

If they told you they locked the account I think they are wrong. Unless of course I spelt the name wrong, in which case the dude negative'd your gamerscore by 2000 the last time I checked.

I don't know how you plan on stealing it back. Microsoft is really the only people that can do anything. If you do get it back go into your Windows Live account and add an alternate e-mail so if someone changes your primary e-mail you can still get your password back.
