Well according to this guy that one will work.

And any USB Drive will work.

can i get a picture of what a usb drive looks like that i need to flash my xbox with im not good with pcs thanx

also how do i know if i need a sata card can i hook up sata cable to my motherboard to my dvd benq

You can if its a Hitachi 46/47/59 drive.
