We're here to help in any way we can.; Yeah well on my friends 360 his AV port/jack/plug in spot isnt working. Hes tried various cords, and still gets 4 rings. Yeah well on my friends 360 his AV port/jack/plug in spot isnt working.

There are links to fixes on that page. I would first recommend the X-Clamp fix. If that doesn't work, try reflowing the solder.
