Unanswered: xbox live when modded?
if i decided to mod my 360 elite will i still be able to get on xbox live and play games like normal, and will micrasoft be able to find out that i hack my 360???

what kind of mod? if its a firmware mod there's a chance you could get caught and no xbox live for that xbox

well i guess firmware mod, whatever mod is most like a soft mod cause i don't wanna instal a mod chip

cause i got a soft modded xbox and 4.01 m33-2 psp

and how could they tell if its modded?

there are no soft mods theres only firmware hack and modchip (i think)

firmware hacks are not like "softmods"

Soft mods are legit modifications .. firmware hacks hack your firmware so you can play burnt games, THAT'S IT.

It's chip the xbox, or do that.

Firmware is NOT a softmod. No software is modded. The firmware is modded. And no if you use stealthed games then you dont have to worry about it.

You will be on LIVE fine, until an update bans you, which eventually it will, just depends on how long

ModChips currently only allow backed up games, which is the same as a firmware hack, but you WILL be banned

i thought modchips switches from modded to original firmware when xbl checks?
